The fundamental aim of this concept proposal for a type-house is based on the preliminary thought - how should the sportsman/woman's house be configured? 

The property features several distinct areas: the conditioned living space spans 150 m², while the covered area, including terraces and other covered sections, totals 190 m².

The landscaped area encompasses 547 m², providing ample outdoor green space. Additionally, the pool area covers 32 m². The lot itself measures 23x40 meters, which equals 920 m².
